Placing an order via the website

To place your order on Moreca Atelier website, you don’t necessarily have to register. You can familiarize yourself with description of any object and availability of its color and size options on its page. For more details, go to the page of a specific object.

How to place an order

1) Select an object and its color/hardware type on the page with its description;

2) Add the object to Cart;

3) Once you have added the objects you need, go to Cart section;

4) Choose a delivery option and a payment method;

5) Enter your address to ship the order to, and on the next page – your payment data;
6) Check all data you entered and click Place an order.

In a few minutes, you will get an order confirmation via email. From this moment, our warehouse workers will start preparing your parcel. Once it is sent, you will get another email confirmation – this time, about sending of the order.

Can I shop from my mobile device?

Yes, you can use the mobile-optimized version of our website.

Can I amend my order after I’ve placed it?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible. Each order is automatically processed, and it can’t be changed once you’ve confirmed it. To purchase additional items, you have to place a new order; to return any unwanted items, please refer to our Return Policy section.

Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?

Unfortunately, each order is automatically processed, and it can’t be cancelled once it has been confirmed. The parcel can be returned according to our Return Policy.

I’m having trouble with placing my order

Check the payment data you entered. If you wish to pay by credit card, and continue to experience problems, we recommend you contact the financial institution that issued your card.

Moreca Atelier website allows the following payment methods:

All purchases are paid by credit card or by banker transfer. We accept Visa, Eurocard/MasterCard and all cards allowed for payment in PayPal system.

When the funds will be withdrawn from my card?

When placing an order, a request for payment authorization will be made. It is performed automatically to verify the card’s validity and the availability of the required amount. At this moment, the funds remain on your card, and payment will be actually taken on the day your order has been shipped. Once this takes place, you will get an email notification thereof.

Why is the amount withdrawn different from the order amount?

If one or more objects were not in stock when placing your order, the amount may be less. In this case, your account will be charged only for actually shipped objects.

Why was I charged twice for my order?

We guarantee that the funds for your order will be withdrawn from your card only once. Nevertheless, this operation can be reflected in a bank statement twice: for the first time, as a request for payment authorization made when placing your order, and as a real withdrawal of the funds for the second time.


All returns are processed within 3 working days after receiving them into our warehouse. In heavy workload periods, the processing may take up to 7 working days. Once your return is processed by us, we will immediately send a request for refund of the products’ cost to our bank and email you a confirmation thereof. The refund terms dependent on the payment method you used. Credit card: it may take up to 10 working days after sending you a refund confirmation email for our bank to make a transaction. Terms of crediting funds to your account depend on the policy of the financial institution that issued your credit card.


Lead time for delivery and delivery cost are discussed individually. After discussing all questions concerning the delivery of a specific product, your personal manager will send you an invoice for payment by plastic card or via PayPal.

According to the customs policy of your country, you may need to pay import taxes and duties when receiving your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate those fees.

Orders shipped to other countries can subject to import duties or local taxes according to the policy of the corresponding country. For more information about possible import fees, please contact your country’s customs agencies directly.

Orders are shipped via DHL Express international delivery service. Once your order is shipped, you will get an email with tracking number of your parcel.

Delivery limitations

Please note that courier services may not make shipments on public holidays. Take this into consideration when planning your purchases. As all orders are automatically processed, we are unable to speed up the sending of your parcel.  We do not send “to be called for” parcels and parcels to a post office box. Such orders will be cancelled.

Each order should be completed via the website, taking into account the country selected for delivery of the order; otherwise the order will be automatically cancelled. Please select a country for delivery of your order on the website carefully.

Where is my order?

You can check your order status any time. Just enter your delivery slip number, which you received via email, in a special box on the page of DHL Express international delivery service. If you find difficulty in tracking your order, send a request with your order number at info@morecaatelier.com for your personal manager to assist you with identification of its delivery status.

Where the orders are shipped from?

All orders are shipped either from our warehouse in Kiev (Ukraine) or from Prague (Czech Republic) dependent on availability of a specific object at a given point in time.

Lead time

All objects are produced on a case-by-case basis upon a customer’s request. Lead time of each object is specified individually, as all shipments are made on first-come-first-serve basis.

Return policy

You can return any product you purchased at Moreca Atelier website within 14 days after the order’s delivery. To do this, you have to follow the instructions below:

1. To receive your return number, send at info@morecaatelier.com a request for return in free from with your order number within 10 days after the day your order was delivered to you.
2. Make sure that the returned products are in their original condition, including its packaging and all tags.
3. Send a parcel with the returned product via any courier service. Please note that the returned products should be delivered to our warehouse within 30 days after the day you received your order. The return of the order is made at your expense. Please ship the parcel to the following address: Moreca Atelier, Polevaya Str. 21, building A, apt. 101. Kyiv, 03056, Ukraine.

By reason of custom restrictions, all returns should be sent from the country the order has been delivered to.

You are responsible for safekeeping of the parcel and the returned products till it is delivered to our warehouse. Therefore, please use tracked delivery methods and, if possible, insure your parcel with the returned products. Keep your pay receipt and check. If your parcel or any of the returned products is lost, you can contact your courier service to put in for search.

When sending your parcel, you will have to fill out a customs declaration form provided by your courier service (if you are returning products from other country): in the box “Description of the contents” indicate the exact name and value of the returned products.

The money will be refunded only in case all return policies’ conditions are met. If the return does not correspond to the above requirements, the parcel will be returned to sender.
